The Midfield Fire & Rescue Service is a strong progressive fire department that has grown to 17 members under this administration. It consists of a Fire Chief, three Lieutenants, 10 Paramedics, Emergency Medical Technicians and Firefighters. The Fire Department has two fully equipped pumpers to handle fire and emergency medical responses. It is staffed 24 hours/seven days a week to serve the citizens of Midfield.

To report a fire or medical emergency, please dial 911 or 923-7575.

Fire Reports are available at City Hall.

The Midfield Fire & Rescue responses consists of 85% medical, 10% fire and 5% other types of calls.

The Midfield Fire & Rescue Service has men trained as Apparatus Operators, Hazardous Materials Technicians, Fire Officer I & II and many other fire-related courses. The fire service equipment is tested and inspected to meet the national standards. The Midfield Fire & Rescue Service is ready to serve and is a part of the "City on the Move"!
