Garage or yard sales, on the same lot, shall not be conducted for more than one (1) day per event and no more than three (3) events in a calendar year. All posters and/or signs, displays tables, stands, racks, etc., shall be removed immediately after such sale by the person or persons conducting the garage or yard sale, and such items shall be stored inside an enclosed building or screened from public view.
